Also, last but not least, ten or more of your pals that promise that they will help you but don’t show up.

Now you need to lay out those detailed plans you have, crack your first beer open and pretend like you understand what you are looking at. Make the typical noises that confusion between like “uh-huh” or “ah” and decide on what earth shattering project you are going to perform while catching a all of your favorite shows.

There are also government grants for major disasters. Move on after your previous house is lost. If you were thinking about changing it anyhow, it must not have been that great. Relax, locate your mates that are still alive and have a few pints to take the edge off. At least your aren’t a freelance writer stuck in some hole writing about kitchen remodeling humor.
