A horror movie must contain its horror element largely in its movie in order to satisfy the audiences. It is well known that there are number of fans looking out of horror movies often. It is the duty of the director to make sure that his movies contains the most important horror element, which the people love most.

Kevin Birnbaum wrote the story and directed the movie. The movie is a complete horror and fantasy movie portraying many ghosts and supernatural powers in it. Kevin Birnbaum is well known for his talents and ability to produce and deliver good movies to audiences though he is slightly inexperienced. He directed only two movies to his name, Justice Be Damned and Vegas Date. He turned out to be the writer and producer for both the movies. Speaking about his Justice Be Damned, it is completely horrifying as many ghosts take revenge against humans in a small town. A U.S. Marshal is in search of a man, who involved in the murder case of two women in America. While chasing the man, both the marshal and the murder stuck in to the small town and unexpectedly experience very bad situations where ghosts attack them.

Kevin Birnbaum being the writer and director of the movie seems to be inexperienced in filmmaking as he has took only two movies to his credit including Justice Be Damned. The first movie was Vegas Date, which he wrote, directed and produced too. The story of Justice Be Damned is very straightforward and anyone can recognize the future happenings. One U.S. marshal is looking forward to a criminal who involved in the murder of two women. While he chases the prisoner, both are trapped in a small town where dead spirits and ghosts are in action of killing the murderers.

Both the marshal and the prisoner find that the existing ghosts were victims murdered by the criminals or they are the criminals killed by law persons. The turned out to be very dangerous in the area and the marshal is strong in his decision of capturing the prisoner and producing him in the court in U.S. In between the encounter with a Greek Goddess, who plans to kill the murderers next, in order to take revenge against them. The film is a short film and climax runs soon with little thrill and excitement. Costumes and backgrounds could have been made much catchy, as this film seems to be of restricted budget film.

Looking in to the selection of actors for characters, Kerry Ellis played the role of the U.S. Marshal, Robyn Allen played the role of Maxine, Tim McMillan acted as Thomas Redding, Anna Moore played as Darlene, Gene Moore played the role of Jergens and many more to be specified. The length of the movie is around 82 minutes. Being a short movie, additional care could have been taken in order to satisfy its fans.
